As all items are made to order dispatch can be anything from 3 days to 3 weeks. I will always try my best to get your orders out within a week but depending on items & how busy I am, items can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch. Should you require your items fast please drop me a message to see if it can be done before ordering where possible. Once dispatched I use 24 hour tracked services within the UK & UPS Express for International
Overseas - international shipping
- "Import duties and taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the BUYERS responsibility." Should they arise.
- You will receive tracking details once dispatched & any contact from customs via email so please check your emails including your trash. It is your responsibility to track your parcel & communicate with the shipping company (UPS) regarding customs should they arise.
- Should items be returned to us for non payment of charges the postage cost will not be refunded & any further return costs & unpaid customs (should they arise) will be deducted from your refund.
