As all items are made to order so dispatch can be anything from 3 days to 3 weeks. I will always try my best to get your orders out within a week but depending on items & how busy I am, items can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch.

Overseas - international shipping
- "Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility." Should they arise.
- You will receive tracking details & any contact from customs via email so please check your emails including your trash. It is your responsibility to track your parcel & communicate with customs.
- Should items be returned to us for non payment of charges the postage cost will not be refunded & any further return costs & unpaid customs (should they arise) will be deducted from your refund.
